Bramley Hill consists of 58 new homes to Passivhaus principles across seven infill sites in two existing South Croydon estates. The One Planet Living Leader scheme offers landscaping improvements to the estate, new playing spaces and food growing areas to benefit both existing and new residents.

The ‘pattern-book’ design approach adopted ensures that the buildings both integrate well with their surroundings and reflect the ‘best bits’ of the local context. These have evolved through a significant consultation process with various parties, including the Local Planning Authority, Ward Councillors and estate residents.

This was a leading project in the client's One Planet Living Action Plan, which sought to go beyond net-zero.
