Milne Park is a terrace of two storey houses and a two storey flat block arranged around a mews street, providing 11 new homes. The scheme makes use of a underused back-land site that currently consists of 35 garages and a large area of hard-standing, with the aim of providing much needed high quality housing in the New Addington area making good use of a currently underused site.
