New Homes for Small Sites Handbook

A new handbook for a central London borough to provide consultants with a clear delivery and design brief to realise small sites on housing estates. Grounded produced this in collaboration with a number of council teams. It was designed to sit within a complex set of existing housing documents and employers requirements.
Grounded have worked collaboratively with us to create a fantastic and user friendly Small Sites Project Handbook. Their extensive housing delivery knowledge and understanding of how we work as a council has created a fantastic guide.
