Proposal for a small site in Southwark, proposing a new-build CLT office building providing characterful spaces to attract an ecosystem of small-medium businesses. The building has a café and flexible co-working or events space at ground floor which opens onto the street scene, while a roof terrace provides open space for habitants to enjoy the outdoors.
